Information we receive
This website has no forms, accounts or comment sections. The main way we receive information is when you call our line. On a call you may tell us your name, address, phone number and the details of your water damage or mold problem.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
How we use it
We use call information to understand your problem, send a crew to your address, give you a scope and price, and follow up on the work. We may use recordings to review how calls are handled and to train staff.
Water still spreading? The emergency line is open 24 hours a day.
Call (760) 769-1159Website data
Like most sites, this one is hosted on a service that keeps standard server logs, such as page requests and browser type. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect information through forms.
The site embeds Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may receive information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We share your name, address and the details of your loss with the restoration professionals who perform the work, because they need it to reach you and do the job. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to your service request.
Your choices and contact
You can ask us what information we hold about you or ask us to delete a call record by emailing contact@cathedralcitywaterdamagepros.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. This policy may change, and the current version is always the one on this page.
